SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Domestic US under 50 lbs is set at a flat rate per order of $11.50 and items over 50 lbs, furniture and other identified products will be charged at actual shipping costs.

International Shipping is outside of the domestic US and actual shipping charges will be charged at actual cost.

Items over $1,000 will have an additional insurance shipping charge at actual cost and will be added to your invoice at time of shipping.

RETURN POLICY
All Internet sales, phone sales, and out of state sales are final.

In Store Sales:

If you are not satisfied for any reason we will gladly provide a credit upon product returned within 4 days with original receipt and original packaging and in unused condition. We will provide store credit as method of payment excluding delivery charges. Returns with no receipt will not receive credit.

Since custom orders are made expressly for you they are not returnable. You may cancel a custom order as long as the order is not in process at the workroom. There will be a 30% cancellation charge. All down products are considered custom and not returnable.

Furniture floor samples are not returnable.

All Internet sales, phone sales and out of state sales are final.
